Variations on Forward Fold

Media is glutted with beautiful bodies moving like gods & goddesses through the ether as they contort into shapes alien to the rest of us. I like to see this as entertainment, like going to the ballet, or a half-time show. Most of us have bodies that have been injured, suffer from disease, neglect, or simply aren't trained 6-10 hours a day. Every-day movements like bending to pick up a box or to touch our toes require a plan-of-action. Am I right?! Better a plan with action than no action & becoming a potato or no plan & getting injured or frustrated. Here are just a few options for working bending & folding into your life. Enjoy!
